Hi I’m Liz,
I’m a personal trainer, kinesiology graduate and current Doctor of Physical Therapy student, with a passion for helping people feel stronger move confidently and build healthy habits that fit into everyday life.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and spent over two years working as a personal trainer, where I had the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients with a wide range of goals, experience levels, and backgrounds. Since stepping away from training to continue my education, my understanding of movement, exercise, and the human body has continued to grow.
Why Aligned Motion?
I’m returning to personal training part-time while completing my Doctor of Physical Therapy education and I wanted to approach training a little differently this time.
I created Aligned Motion to combine individualized exercise programming with education, accountability, and one-on-one support. My goal isn't simply to give you a workout—it's to help you understand what you're doing, feel confident doing it, and create a routine that is realistic for your life.
I believe exercise should support your overall health and the things you want to be able to do outside of your workouts.
My Approach
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Your goals, lifestyle, experience, and starting point are unique, and your training should be too.
My approach focuses on individualized programming, building strength, improving movement, and creating sustainable habits that support your overall health.
Whether you want to get stronger, become more consistent, feel confident working out on your own, or simply feel better in your body, together we’ll build a program around you and your goals.
Areas of Focus
My training is centered around helping women build strength while supporting their overall health and long-term movement.
I have a particular interest in strength training, cardiovascular health, joint health, and women’s health and wellness.
My goal is to help you build a well-rounded approach to fitness that helps you move well, feel strong, and support your health for the long term.
